At HeySmile Dental Clinic in Asok, a full denture is 20,000–24,000 THB per jaw. A partial denture starts at 2,500–3,000 THB for the first tooth in acrylic, or 12,000 THB for a metal-frame denture. Dentures are made in a dental laboratory, so you need two visits about 5–7 days apart: the first for impressions, the second to fit them. The check-up is included and Thai and international patients pay the same price.
What visitors, retirees and expats ask us first.
A full denture is 20,000–24,000 THB per jaw. Partial dentures start at 2,500–3,000 THB (acrylic, first tooth) plus 400–500 THB for each extra tooth, or 12,000 THB for a metal frame.
Two visits, about 5–7 days apart. Visit 1 is the examination, impressions, bite and tooth shade. The laboratory then makes your denture, and visit 2 is the fitting.
No. Every denture is made for your own mouth in a dental laboratory, so allow 5–7 days between the two visits. Tell us your travel dates and we plan both appointments around them.
It depends on how many teeth are missing and what is left to hold the denture. The dentist checks your gums and remaining teeth and explains acrylic, metal-frame, flexible and implant-supported options in English. We also repair dentures.

Insured under Thai Social Security (ประกันสังคม)? The Social Security Office has a separate denture benefit: up to 1,300 THB for a partial denture of 1–5 teeth, 1,500 THB for more than 5 teeth, 2,400 THB for a full upper or lower denture and 4,400 THB for both, within a five-year period. These are government limits, not clinic prices; ask us when you book how to claim.
2,500–3,000 THB
Two visits, about 5–7 days apart.
An estimate from the published price list, not a quote. The check-up is included. Extractions, X-rays and any repairs to the teeth that will hold the denture are extra, and the dentist confirms everything after examining your mouth.
The dentist recommends one of these after looking at your gums, your bite and the teeth you still have.
A pink acrylic base carrying one or more teeth, held by small clasps. The least expensive option and easy to add to later if you lose another tooth. 2,500–3,000 THB for the first tooth, 400–500 THB for each extra tooth or clasp.
A cast metal frame is thinner and stronger than acrylic and covers less of the roof of your mouth (the palate), so it usually feels less bulky when you eat and speak. The dentist will tell you whether your remaining teeth can support one. 12,000 THB for the first tooth, 500 THB for each extra tooth.
A bendable gum-coloured nylon base with no metal clasps showing, often chosen for one or two front teeth. 6,000–7,000 THB for 1–2 teeth.
Replaces every tooth in the upper or lower jaw and rests on the gum. 20,000–24,000 THB per jaw. A lower full denture moves more than an upper one, which is why some people add implants later. Do not put up with a loose denture for years: it rubs the gum and speeds up the shrinking of the bone underneath.
Often called permanent dentures or fixed dentures, because they do not come out at night. A denture that clips onto dental implants, so it does not move while you eat. It costs more and takes months rather than days, because the implants must heal. See implant-supported dentures.
For one or two missing teeth with healthy teeth on both sides, a fixed bridge or a dental implant stays in the mouth and does not have to come out at night. The dentist will tell you if you are a candidate.
Broken or cracked denture while you are in Bangkok? Yes, we repair dentures.
A small repair, such as a clean crack or a tooth that has come off the denture, can often be done while you wait on the same day, during opening hours (09:30–19:30). A denture in several pieces, a broken metal frame, or one that no longer fits needs the laboratory and takes longer. Send a photo of the break on WhatsApp and we will tell you the price and how long it will take before you come in.
Do not try to mend it yourself. Superglue, home repair kits and home reline kits are not safe in the mouth and usually make a denture impossible to repair. Keep every piece, including the small ones, and bring them all with you.
A denture that keeps breaking usually means the fit has changed. If it needs relining (rebuilding the base to fit your gum as it is now) or remaking, message us on WhatsApp with a photo and the dentist will tell you what is possible and the price.
Plan 5–7 days in Bangkok between them. Tell us your flight dates when you book.
The dentist checks your gums, the teeth you still have and the bone that will carry the denture, takes an X-ray if needed, and explains which type suits you and what it costs. Any tooth that must come out is discussed now.
Impressions of your jaws are taken, together with your bite, and you choose the shape and shade of the teeth with the dentist. This all happens in the same appointment.
A dental laboratory builds the denture to your impressions. Nothing is needed from you during this time, so you can carry on with your trip or your work.
The denture is fitted and adjusted until the bite feels even and speaking feels comfortable. You are shown how to put it in, take it out and clean it. You pay at reception in cash, by card or by bank transfer and receive an itemised receipt in English.
If a tooth has to come out first, the 5–7 day plan does not apply. The gum keeps changing shape for about six to eight weeks after an extraction, so a denture made straight away would soon become loose. Tell us your dates before you fly and the dentist will say on WhatsApp whether your denture can be finished on this trip or on the next one.
New dentures often need a small adjustment in the first weeks once you have eaten with them. If you are still in Thailand, come back and we will adjust it. If you have flown home, any dentist can ease a sore spot, so keep your treatment summary.
A new denture feels bulky, makes more saliva and can rub. Speaking takes practice: reading out loud helps. Start with soft food cut small, chew on both sides at once, and build up. Sore spots are normal at first and are easy for the dentist to adjust.
Take the denture out and brush it over a bowl of water or a folded towel, so it does not break if you drop it. Use soap or denture paste, not ordinary toothpaste, which scratches it. Never use hot or boiling water, which warps the denture for good, and if it has a metal frame do not soak it in a bleach-based cleaner; ask us which tablets are safe for it. Leave the denture out overnight in water or a denture cleaning solution: gums that are covered day and night often become red and sore from a fungal infection, so the night off matters. The teeth that hold a partial denture collect plaque underneath it, so brush them carefully every time the denture comes out. Gums that bleed when you brush are not normal.
Come back if the denture rubs, keeps dropping, makes a clicking noise when you talk, or the bite feels wrong. A sore spot that the dentist has adjusted should settle in a few days. Any ulcer, white or red patch, or lump that is still there after three weeks needs to be looked at, even if it does not hurt. Denture adhesive is for a little extra confidence, not for holding a denture that no longer fits: if you need more of it each month, the denture needs relining or remaking.

“I usually go to the dentist in the United States, and this was my first time seeing a dentist abroad. I'm glad I came because I knew I could get the same level of care I'm used to at home. I really recommend it.”

Step 1: tell us whether you need a full denture, a partial denture or a repair, and pick a time. Step 2: your name and WhatsApp number. We confirm your time on WhatsApp within 1 hour during opening hours (09:30–19:30).
At HeySmile Dental Clinic a full denture is 20,000–24,000 THB per jaw. A partial denture starts at 2,500–3,000 THB for the first tooth in acrylic, plus 400–500 THB for each extra tooth or clasp, and a metal-frame partial denture starts at 12,000 THB with 500 THB for each extra tooth. A flexible denture for one or two teeth is 6,000–7,000 THB. The check-up is included.
Two visits, about 5 to 7 days apart. The first visit is the examination, the impressions, the bite and the tooth shade. The dental laboratory then makes the denture, and the second visit is the fitting and adjustment.
No. A denture is made for your own mouth in a dental laboratory, so allow 5 to 7 days between the impressions and the fitting. Some clinics offer an immediate denture, fitted on the day a tooth is taken out and relined later as the gum shrinks; HeySmile does not make new dentures the same day. Tell us your travel dates when you book and we plan both appointments inside your stay.
Then the 5–7 day plan does not apply. An extraction is 800–1,500 THB, and the gum keeps changing shape for about six to eight weeks afterwards, so a denture made straight away would soon become loose. Tell us your dates before you fly and the dentist will say on WhatsApp whether your denture can be finished on this trip or on the next one.

You choose the shape and the shade of the teeth with the dentist before the laboratory starts, and the base is gum-coloured. A metal-frame or flexible denture hides the clasps better than a basic acrylic one.
Not straight away. Start with soft food cut into small pieces and chew on both sides at once, then add harder food as you get used to it. Most people find speaking and eating easier after a week or two, and a lower full denture usually takes longer to get used to than an upper one.
Take it out and brush it over a bowl of water with soap or denture paste rather than ordinary toothpaste, which scratches the surface. Clean your gums, tongue and remaining teeth too, and leave the denture out overnight in water or a cleaning solution.
With good care many dentures last several years, often five to ten, but gums and bone change shape over the years, so a denture that fits well now will gradually become looser and will need adjusting, relining or remaking. Have your mouth checked once a year, even if you have no natural teeth left, so a loose denture, a sore patch or a change in the gum is found early.
A denture is the quickest and least expensive way to replace several missing teeth, and it comes out for cleaning. A bridge or an implant stays in the mouth and feels more like your own teeth, costs more and takes longer, and implants need enough bone. The dentist explains which of them is possible in your case at the check-up.
That depends on your policy. You pay at the clinic and receive an itemised receipt in English showing each treatment and its price. Ask your insurer before you travel which documents they need for a claim.
